1.      Our Wholesale Prices and your ability to purchase Walk-In Bathtubs at these prices are predicated on the evidence of your qualifying credentials, including your current state commercial, dealer, reseller, contractor or wholesaler license within the state where the bathtubs are to be delivered, as well as your current and valid state resale tax-exempt certificate for that state. 

2.      To receive our Walkin Bathtub Wholesale Price List, you are first required to complete and submit a "Commercial/Wholesale Application" that contains specific sections for all the information requested in #1 above. This form must be completed and submitted to Independent Living USA, LLC with (or prior to) your first order, and then updated in each subsequent calendar year.  There are no fees associated with becoming one of our Commercial/Wholesale Buyers.

3.      If you have questions prior to completing and submitting the "Commercial/Wholesale Application", we will do our best to answer them, (except any specific questions on Wholesale Prices).  Once you have complete and submitted your "Commercial/Wholesale Application", we can and will answer ANY and ALL questions you may still have about our Walk-In Bathtubs and our Handicapped Walk-In Tubs.
